This class is specifically designed to rebuild the core, front back and sides, build strength and flexibility to all the muscles and pelvic floor. This is a relaxing gentle post part class for strength and flexibility and connection with other parents and babies.Reconnect with those achy parts of your body following your pregnancy and give them extra love and attention. Strengthen deep transverse abdominal muscles that act like a corset to bring your body back into shape in a gentle way.Learn to breath relax, reconnect and nourish yourself.

Bub age 6 weeks post-birth (or when given the all-clear from you doctor) up until your baby starts crawling.
